Terms and Conditions
· Terms of UseThese terms govern your use of our website and your enrolment in our income property course. By accessing the site or purchasing the course, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Intellectual property rights
The course materials, including text, spreadsheets, case studies, and videos, are our intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own learning. You must not copy, share, resell, or redistribute any part of the course without our written permission.
Account and eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years old to enrol. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Fees and payment
Full payment is required before course access is granted. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Cancellation and refunds
Because digital course access is granted immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds once you have logged into the learning platform. If a technical fault prevents you from accessing the materials for more than forty-eight hours and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, you may request a cancellation and refund.
Limitation of liability
We provide the course materials on an as-is basis without any warranty, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the materials or your reliance on the information contained within them. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Termination of access
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, share your login with others, or engage in conduct that disrupts the learning environment for other participants. Upon termination, you must destroy any copies of course materials you have downloaded.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
